Important Order Notes

• Ensure your billing address matches the card on file — mismatched information will prevent your transaction from processing
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• Shipping and billing addresses must be accurate at time of purchase

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing occurs Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All packages ship via USPS.

International Shipping

A flat rate of $65.00 applies to all international orders. We ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and customs processing in your country.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
