Refund policy

TOO RAW HAIR will honor exchanges on unused hair ONLY. The allowed time is 24-hours from you receiving your hair. We are not responsible for you trying to color, dye or cut your hair. We also must be contacted first before returning your package within the allowed the 24-hour returning period. Exchanges will be issued after we have inspected and confirmed the hair extensions have not been altered in any way. This usually takes 24-48 hours

International customers may request a return within 25 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original packaging and in completely unaltered condition — unworn, unwashed, unstyled, undyed, uncut, free from heat treatment, and free from any odors.

Because human hair is a personal-use item, Too Raw Hair cannot accept returns that compromise hygiene or resale value. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
