Returns and refunds

All hair extension sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of hair extensions, including unopened or unused extensions, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at toorawhairstudio@gmail.com so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

 

Too Raw Hair is not responsible for damage caused by you or a stylist coloring, dyeing, bleaching, or otherwise altering your extensions.
