Refund policy

We offer returns on unopened hair extensions within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unaltered, unworn, and in their original packaging with the Too Raw Hair seal band unbroken.

We do not accept returns if:

The Too Raw Hair seal band has been broken
The hair has been unwrapped, combed, brushed, worn, or handled in any way
The hair has been custom colored, dyed, or chemically altered by you or a stylist
The original packaging is damaged or defaced

Too Raw Hair is not responsible for any stylist attempting to color, dye, or alter your extensions.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at toorawhairstudio@gmail.com to initiate your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

When shipping your return:

Include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return
Ship via USPS with a tracking number — Too Raw Hair is not responsible for lost returns
You are responsible for all return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of approval. If the hair has been altered in any way, it will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
