SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping options are:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Priority: 2–3 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
All orders ship via USPS.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes! International orders ship at a flat rate of $65 and arrive within 6–10 business days via USPS.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

What's the difference between Raw hair and Virgin hair? Raw hair is the purest form — single donor, completely unprocessed, and collected with the cuticles fully intact. Virgin hair undergoes a chemical steam process to hold its curl and wave patterns.
How long does the hair last? With proper care and maintenance, Raw hair lasts 3–5 years and Virgin hair lasts 2–3 years.
Can I color/bleach the hair? Yes, but with care. Raw hair takes dyeing and bleaching more evenly and can be lifted all the way to 613 (platinum blonde) when done correctly and in the proper steps. Virgin hair can be lightened up to a 27 (honey blonde) — going beyond this risks compromising the integrity of the hair.
What textures do you carry? We carry Body Wave, Straight, Water Wave, Curly, and Natural Wave.
CARE
How do I wash and maintain my extensions? After receiving your Raw or Virgin bundles, the very first thing to do is wash with a detoxifying or clarifying shampoo, follow with a deep conditioning mask, and rinse with cold water. Can I use heat on the hair? Yes! Always apply a heat protectant spray before using any hot tools. For best results, keep flat irons and curling wands between 350–400°F.

What is your return/exchange policy? All orders are processed daily Monday–Saturday once payment is complete. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once placed, so please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
